Open Water Diver
Beginner

Open Water Diver

The world's most recognized scuba certification.

The PADI Open Water Diver course is the starting point for millions of divers worldwide. You'll learn the fundamentals of scuba diving through knowledge development, confined water dives in a pool, and four open water dives in the Atlantic off Jacksonville.

Prerequisites: None — must be 10+ years old and comfortable in water

Advanced Open Water Diver

Advanced Open Water Diver

The Advanced Open Water course expands your skills with five adventure dives — including mandatory deep diving (to 30m/100ft) and underwater navigation. Choose three additional specialties from night diving, wreck diving, peak performance buoyancy, and more.

Rescue Diver

Rescue Diver

The most rewarding course you'll ever take.

Rescue Diver training teaches you to prevent and manage problems in the water — for yourself and for others. You'll practice self-rescue, recognize and respond to diver stress, manage tired and panicked divers, and conduct underwater searches. A prerequisite for Divemaster.

Professional

Divemaster

Your first professional PADI rating.

The PADI Divemaster course is your entry into the professional dive world. You'll develop leadership skills, assist instructors with courses, guide certified divers, and demonstrate mastery of all core diving skills. This is the gateway to a career in the dive industry.
